Lot description
Chocolate apple line. Apples and sticks are placed into trays. Motoman robot inserts the sticks into the apples, dunks them into the heated chocolate tank and then places them on a rotary table. The rotary table can have a variety of sprinkles or marshmallows etc that will stick to the chocolate. The apples are then taken off the rotary table, placed onto a conveyor belt that passes through a cooling tunnel, and then to the LMC flowpacker, total dimenions: 9600 mm x 4200 mm.
