Lot description
This Scheffers thermal vapor recompression evaporator is a 7-stage TVR evaporator with a closed condenser.
It has a capacity of approximately 50–65 m³/h (51–63), with a water evaporation rate ranging from 30–35 m³/h.
The evaporator is equipped with a thermocompressor from the 3rd to the 1st stage and has a steam consumption ratio of 0.12 (including pasteurizer). It is also fitted with two holding tubes (hot holders): 60 and 120 seconds.
In 2014, the evaporator underwent an upgrade in the area of CIP, during which it was equipped with various nozzles. In the same year, the flash vessel was also replaced.
