• H16/720 - 16 Station H2O2 Rotary Steriliser (Hydrogen Peroxide, Vaporised) Injection Carousel for bottles and caps
• 2 off A28/1260 - 28 Station Drying Carousel. Hot air dryers to evaporate any solution residues.
• R36V12/1620 - 36 Station Filler and 12 Station Capper. Weigh filler with multiflow magnetically controlled nozzles. Product Feed Tank with CIP. Closed system cleaning. Arol capping carousel with electronic height adjustment.
• Ecolab cleaning system for cleaning of inside of machine enclosure with acid, alkaline and disinfectant solutions.
• Cap Supply Sorter/Unscrambler with H2O2 Tunnel on Chute
• Rejection unit for missing caps, can also be used for selecting containers for sampling.
• Product - Liquid Syrup for Soft Drinks filled into Round Glass (50, 70, 100 CL) and PET (100 CL) Bottles. Closure with Lid and Ringpull made from PEHD
• Nominal Cadence - 12000 Bottles Per Minute
